Refund policy
Returns:
- Customers are required to pay all freight to return goods. All returned goods must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Nail Cost, Inc. will accept all goods sold within 90 days from the purchasing date (except goods not returned in original packaging) Depending on the type of goods, a restocking fee up to 25% will be imposed. Refunded amount will be the total purchase price less the restocking and shipping charge.
- After return period, all warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Nail Cost, Inc. is not responsible for any claims or representations made by manufacturers or their products, effectiveness, safety, etc.
- Nail Cost reserves the right to void product warranty if the product is altered or repaired by unauthorized persons. Warranty covers parts and labor, but not shipping costs to and from the customer.
