Pallet shipping: for interstate customers, depending on the package being large enough, we can deliver it to you by Fedex or shipping companies such as: SAIA, EDI, Numark, R+L,...

Regarding shipping costs: we have a separate shipping fee policy for each state in the US as well as abroad. In addition, depending on the value of the order, you may receive free shipping.
- Goods damaged during transit is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Therefore, all claims must be made in accordance with its policy guideline. Customers are advised to refuse shipment of the package when there is obvious visual damage. Failure to do so will result in the transfer of damage responsibility to the customers.
